1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food products or treats
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service at returns@mirslim.com with your order number
- Provide reason for return and photos if applicable
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using provided instructions
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Damaged in transit: We cover return shipping and provide full refund
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when refund is processed
- Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at support@mirslim.com to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@mirslim.com
9. Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as final sale. Refunds for sale items will be for the sale price paid.
